Configurable Industrial IoT
Our devices can be adjusted for installation’s needs and be remotely managed in cloud-based system. DLMS Gateway devices are suited for use in harsh industrial conditions eg. factories, power plants, etc. DLMS Gateway devices are fully equipped to meet industrial applications while retaining optimal price.
- Digital Inputs/Outputs
- Analog Inputs/Outputs
- Serial ports
- Ethernet
- USB
- 1-Wire
- CAN (optional)
- Wireless LTE/3G/GPRS/EDGE transmission
- Wireless M-Bus, NarrowBand-IoT, LoRa, ZigBee, Sigfox and many more
Raspberry Pi Compatible
Over 23 million Raspberry Pi’s have been sold and the Raspberry Pi is likely to stay as a new standard in the industry. Official Raspbian OS is free operating system based on Linux Debian optimized for the Raspberry Pi comes with over 35,000 packages, pre-compiled software bundled in a nice format for easy installation. PLC devices are compatible with Raspberry Pi accessories, supported by Raspberry Pi Foundation. Now compatible with Compute Module 3+/4 and Radxa CM3.
The design of the DLMS Gateway allows for trouble-free operation in industrial conditions. It has a fanless case and is characterised by high resistance to external conditions and high reliability. The Raspberry Pi Linux system provides stable operation of the device.
Additional industrial protocol support
Due to flexible configuration, the device can operate as a protocol and interface converter:
- Modbus TCP
- Modbus RTU
- M-Bus
- MQTT
- SNMP
- CODESYS
- Profibus (via CODESYS)
- and many more custom protocols
In addition, due to the possibilities of the Raspberry Pi Linux operating system, each user can create their own protocols with the use of the available SDK.
DLMS Gateway can serve as a multichannel telemetry module, providing constant uninterrupted access to data. It enables you to save the results of measurements and parameter values of connected devices – data can be saved to internal memory. You can also save data to internal and external databases.
DLMS Gateway can generate alarm signals and provide information on current parameter values. Built-in LTE/3G/GPRS modem enables wireless communication.
Industrial grade application: iModCloud Ecosystem, the first industrial grade complete software stack for System Integrators, Installers, fast to market approach start-ups – is ready to be use on DLMS Gateway devices.
